Emergency Action Plan
The EAP Model example is provided as a format acceptable to the State Engineer and meets the requirements of 19.25.12.18 NMAC.
Please go to the Department of Homeland Security Preparedness Area Map to find the appropriate State Coordinator for Local Preparedness. The State Coordinator should also be invited to participate in the initial planning of the document along with the Local Emergency Manager.
