2003 Pecos Settlement Agreement
A settlement agreement signed on March 25, 2003 by the Interstate Stream Commission, the United States, the Carlsbad Irrigation District, and the Pecos Valley Artesian Conservancy District.

- 2003 Pecos Settlement Agreement
The Settlement is a landmark compromise of disputed water rights claims in the Pecos River Basin. The agreement was executed by the Interstate Stream Commission, the United States, the Carlsbad Irrigation District and the Pecos Valley Artesian Conservancy District on March 25, 2003.

Pecos River - Carlsbad Project Joint Motion for Entry of a Partial Final Decree
CID, PVACD and the State Engineer request the Court to enter an Order stating that the Court intends to accept the Settlement and enter a Partial Final Decree which incorporates the Settlement Agreement and ordering any parties that have not filed withdrawals to show cause why the Court should not enter a Partial Final Decree which incorporates the Settlement Agreement.
- Pecos River - Carlsbad Project Partial Final Decree
Parties to the Settlement Agreement request the Court to Order a Partial Final Decree that establishes the maximum allowable annual diversion and storage rights of the United States and the CID project and the right to deliver water to its members, as set forth in the Settlement Agreement. - Agreement between the State Engineer, Interstate Stream Commission and Fort Sumner Irrigation District
This agreement was signed on March 25, 2003 and meets a condition for the expenditure of funds by the ISC as appropriated by the 2002 legislature.
